How it works

We transform workplace well-being through a four-step methodology combining technology, data, and intervention

Before rolling out a program or initiative, employees take a short voice test via desktop or mobile. AI analyzes both what they say and how they say it to assess five core dimensions: motivation, burnout, commitment, resilience, and stress.
Each individual receives a personalized report with actionable tips.
Managers and leaders access a team and organization-level dashboards (aggregated, never individual) that highlight well-being trends and establish a baseline before the initiative starts.

Does Motional Hub detect emotions?

No. Motional Hub does not detect emotions or interpret personal intentions. We analyze complex psychological states over time, not short-term emotional reactions—ensuring full compliance with EU AI Regulation 2024/1689.
