The Wellness Thermometer is a digital tool designed to quickly and effectively assess people's wellness dimensions.
In recent months, this tool has been used in events organized by UNAM, FEMECOT Foundation, Tech Barcelona in the framework of Mental Health Day, and LA FACT. During these activities, key data on the well-being of attendees was collected, such as stress levels and satisfaction in real time. At the conclusion of each day, these well-being dimensions were analyzed, allowing organizers to make informed decisions and adapt dynamics according to the needs of participants.
Motional Hub measures the impact that activities have on well-being levels. In collaboration with LA FACT, the effect of monthly activities on the well-being of participants is being analyzed. The goal is to validate that these initiatives generate a positive impact, while acquiring the necessary knowledge to design future activities that maximize this impact.
