Well-being at work is no longer a secondary issue; it has become a key factor in the health and success of any organization. In our most recent study, we have validated five essential dimensions to understand and improve employee performance and satisfaction: motivation, stress, resilience, engagement and burnout. These dimensions are essential to face current challenges, such as burnout and high talent turnover.

Five dimensions of well-being: A validated study. What you say and how you say it.

The 5 dimensions of Motional Hub and their clinically validated definitions.

To validate our tool, the study combined psychometric questionnaires with advanced discourse analysis, putting into practice the combined work of psychology and Artificial Intelligence. A representative and balanced sample of participants were given psychometric questionnaires widely validated by the scientific community, designed to measure each of the five dimensions: stress, resilience, motivation, engagement and burnout. Simultaneously, participants answer the questions (orally) integrated in Motional Hub.

With the labeled sample, we train our dimension algorithms and compare the results obtained with the scores of the psychometric scales.

The results confirm that our technology is able to identify with high precision the psychological state of employees through their voice, allowing companies to measure and act in real time. This innovative approach facilitates the early detection of problems such as demotivation, prolonged stress or the first signs of burnout, offering practical and concrete solutions to improve the well-being of teams.

The impact on organizations is tangible. For example, improving motivation increases creativity and commitment; addressing stress reduces absenteeism and turnover; and fostering resilience helps employees adapt and grow in the face of challenges. Detecting and preventing burnout not only protects the mental health of teams, but also improves overall performance and organizational culture. Companies that take care of these five pillars achieve more committed, stable teams that are prepared to achieve their goals.

This study reinforces what many organizations have already discovered: the key to long-term success lies in the well-being of people. If leaders and HR teams have precise tools such as the Well-being Thermometer, they can move from reaction to prevention, creating environments where human talent has the optimal conditions to shine.
